Take your workouts wherever you go! Whether you are across the globe, but need guidance, Anna uses Zoom to have live sessions with her clients. Whether you are not from Canada, or travelling, take your routine and crush it! Additionally, Anna uses a coaching app and offers structured workouts and programs catered to you.
